Public Library Hours

askON is open 43 hours per week for the public. Chat live with askON staff in public libraries Monday through Thursday, from 12:30pm-8:30pm and Friday and Saturday 12:30pm-4:30pm; and Sunday from 1:30pm-4:30pm

askON will be closed on regular holidays, Sundays of long weekends, and when public libraries are normally closed. Service hours may change without notice.

Academic Library Hours

askON is open 62 hours per week for post-secondary school students. Chat live with askON staff in college and university libraries Monday through Thursday, from 11am-10pm, Friday through Sunday, 11am-5pm.

askON will be closed on regular holidays and when post-secondary libraries are normally closed. Post-secondary hours will be scaled back after April 7. Service hours may change without notice.
